APPLICATIONS BACHELOR OF BIOLOGICAL SCIENCES: 1ST SEMESTER
Admissions for first-year students are only granted for the WIntersemester.
Deadline of application: July, 15th
Study places are allocated via a selection procedure. Prospective european students with a university entrance qualification apply for participation in the selection procedure via the Dialog Orientated Service Procedure (DOSV):, international via heiCO, the platform by heielberg University
Europeans:
A ranking list will be drawn up among all the applicants according to a score obtained. The ranking list is formed from the
- Points of the university entrance qualification
- Points of subject grades in the last four semesters of school in biology, chemistry, English, physics, or mathematics .
- Points for completed vocational training as a Chemical Technical Assistant, Biological Technical Assistant or Pharmaceutical Technical Assistant (ONLY explicitly these professions are included).
Overseas:
- Points of the university entrance qualification
- Points TestAS (Fachmodulen Mathematik, Informatik und Naturwissenschaften or Lebenswissenschaften)

APPLICATIONS BACHELOR OF BIOLOGICAL SCIENCES: HIGHER SEMESTERS
Applications to the higher semester as a university transfer or lateral entrant are possible until January 15/July 15 for the Bachelor of Biological Sciences and Biology.
There is an admission restriction, only vacant study places are reallocated.
Applications are made the portal of the university. On the pages of the university you will find general information about the application procedure and the required documents.
As a lateral entrant, you need a certificate of study time credit. The certificate is made on the basis of creditable study achievements that justify a placement in a higher semester. Credits are equivalent coursework and examinations in content, acquired competencies, form and workload. The credit points awarded provide initial indications.
The certificate can be submitted subsequently up to 1 month after the application deadline (otherwise no credits acquired in the current semester are shown).
